Payment

We accept all credit card payments via paypal. Your order will not be shipped until your transaction is completed and paid for. If you would prefer to not use paypal we are happy to accept a credit card payment over the phone (603.436.1988) or personal check or money order (mail to: Three Graces 105 Market Street Portsmouth, NH 03801). Please let me know via email if you choose to pay with a personal check so I can make note and hold items. However please note that items paid for by check or money order will not be shipped until we have received the check and it has cleared with the bank.

 

Shipping

We ship with UPS and USPS both standard and priority mail depending on the size and weight of the package. All items over $100 will be insured. All items will be shipped out within 3-5 days of purchase. If you would like something shipped sooner or express mail please contact us and let us know. Any extra charges for express mail will be charged to the purchaser.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

We are very careful about packing items securely, bubble wrapped, and shipped in sturdy (sometimes recycled boxes). If there should be damage to any items we will replace the broken item if the cause was our fault. We will require a photo as well as a written description of the problem (this is for insurance purposes) and return of the item so that we can properly access the problem. Return shipping is to be paid for by purchaser. Please note some items are not replaceable, in which case, a refund will be provided.We would like you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied please contact us within five days of receiving and let us know (kindly please) what the problem is. An exchange or refund can be made at this time. *This must be done within five days of receiving your item. The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs and will make sure the item is properly packed in its original packaging.
